Listening to music is sometimes a go to for some people. Depending on your taste or needs, you have a few options. You can turn on your favourite playlist or you can listen to nature noises. Nature noises tends to sooth the mind and makes the mind relax. A relaxed mind makes for a peaceful sleep.
There are a few people out there that love to put on lavender moisturizer before they go to bed. Some people claim that the herbal essence reduces stress level and calms you down. This is great for when you are trying to sleep because if you are stressed our mind tends to keep thinking which will keep you up for all hours of the night.
