A plane is unfortunately a place where germs are all the time. Stay healthy if you are a frequent flyer by turning air vents downward. In other words have the air blow down your face keeping germs away from your nose and mouth. It is filtered air that creates a bit of a barrier.

Switch your phone off at night

Adopt eco-friendly ways

This is the part where you will also be doing your part for the environment.  Start your green drive by recycling and eating organic foods. Get your shots at the right time

Get your flu shot to avoid getting any new strains of flu every year. You should also get vitamin shots that will give you more energy and build your immune system.
