What Is Kosher?

Answer: The Hebrew word "Kasheir," or "Kosher," means fit or proper. When applied to food, the term indicates that an item is fit for consumption according to Jewish law. The word "Kashruth" refers to the general subject of Kosher food. At Pure Fun™ we subscribe to the laws through several Rabinical groups. In Canada, we subscribe to the COR, OU Kosher and Kof-K in the U.S. Pure Fun™ is serious about maintaining traditional Kosher standards.
